We are looking for a talented Business Development Director - Digital Health to join our dynamic team in Zürich and help us spread our solutions and extend our position in the Swiss market.

As a Business Development Director - Digital Health, you will be responsible for building our relationship with the E-Health sector in Switzerland working with our customers and partners to solve important challenges in the Swiss health sector. You will work closely with our design, development and operations teams to develop solution concepts and/or sell Trifork products and together with the team ensure their seamless implementation in the market. Your role will focus on growing our business and managing relationships with our customers.

About you

You are proactive as a person, solution-oriented and passionate about technology and Digital Health solutions and their potential to positively impact the Swiss society. 

You thrive on solving challenges in the eHealth sector, collaborating closely with customers, developers, engineers, and product owners to deliver impactful solutions that drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-Health sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and government agencies.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of e-health solutions.

  • Represent the company at e-health events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.

  • Consulting skills, capable of translating customer problems into solution concepts.

  • Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare landscape and digital healthcare solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
