We are looking for an iOS Developer to join our dynamic Aviation team in Zürich and help us spread our solutions and extend our position in the Swiss market.

This role involves development efforts in large-scale software initiatives, particularly for clients in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities include design and implementation of industry leading, innovative mobile iOS and VR/AR solutions by coordinating with customers, UI/UX designers, developers and other stakeholders. The role also supports additional enterprise projects across industries such as industrial technology and telecommunications.

You will be part of an international team, working with cutting edge technology to build beautiful, user-friedly and robust mobile applications.

About you

You are a technically adept and solution-driven professional with more than 3 years of hands-on experience delivering large-scale mobile iOS applications. You have a deep understanding of software development processes, user experience design and software architecture and thrive in complex environments, enjoy direct collaboration with clients, and take ownership to solve customer problems from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, user-centric iOS/iPadOS/visionOS applications for business users

• Improve and maintain our existing applications, extend them with new functionality, and build the next generation

• Support troubleshooting and problem solving processes

• Work closely with your development team, UI/UX designers and customer representatives

• Work on visionOS projects for Apple Vision Pro

• Manage the distribution of builds to clients via Apple Store

Qualifications:

• You have a strong technical foundation in mobile development for apple platform and a deep knowledge of languages and frameworks such as Objective-C, UIKit, CoreData, Swift, SwiftUI

• You have a solid understanding of Apple platforms, including standard libraries and APIs. Experience with Apple Vision Pro and related frameworks such as RealityKit/ARKit is a strong plus

• You have a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

• You take pride in writing clean and testable code and have an eye for layout aesthetics

• You are able to deliver quality features without much supervision all while keeping your team in the loop

• You're curious and eager to learn new things

• You're analytical and good at time management.

• You have great communication and problem-solving skills

• You're curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work

• You're experienced working directly with enterprise clients and design partners

• You are fluent in English and ideally speak German and other languages as well.
