We need a technical project manager profile, who will work closely with our development teams to ensure successful project delivery in close collaboration with our clients. We are really hoping that you are the one.

Your future endeavors

As our next junior technical project manager, you will ensure that we deliver on time, quality, and budget every time we build a business critical enterprise solution for one of our clients.

Your patience comes in handy as you motivate and lead our creative teams of designers, developers, product owners, and testers confidently through your project plan. We are here to deliver exquisite digital solutions, and as we stray to optimize end user experience, you gently lead us back on track.

You will manage projects with the development of enterprise apps and web applications, and it will be your responsibility - in collaboration with the rest of the project team - to ensure maximum optimization and optimal experience, both of the solution and of the project process.

Your tasks will include:

• scoping and plan projects in collaboration with the team and customers

• creating great cooperation between our team and the customers - and ensure high-quality deliveries

• preparing solution descriptions together with our architects and define goals and expectations

• performing task and risk management, both externally to the customer and internally to management

• ensuring that our solutions remain relevant and optimized, and are continuously adapted to suit the needs of our customers

• advising our customers on new technological opportunities that can create value for the customer

• ensuring that the customer has insight into and understanding of the solution when implemented

• being responsible for financial management throughout the project

You speak digital. You understand the importance of technology for the customer's business. You like the idea of creating new digital solutions that add value to our customers.

We expect that you:

• have an educational background within Project Management

• have interest in concept development, primarily for mobile and web

• are interested in all project management disciplines - from start to finish

• have interest in agile project management and as a Scrum Master

• have interest in planning, communication, financial and risk management skills

• have interest in building and facilitating teams

• make others successful through a positive approach to teamwork

• have interest in developing a coaching and appreciative leadership style

• thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready for change

• as we work with international clients, fluent written and spoken English alongside Spanish is required.
