This position is to work in our sister company, Arkyn Studios, on designing some of the top world's most user friendly solutions for SAP customers in the areas of Plant Maintenance, Material Management, Warehouse Management, or CATS.

Your qualifications

You are a broad-based SAP Technology Consultant with the ability to deliver unique solutions to our customers based on making complex business systems easy-to-use.

You have a broad technological foundation within SAP, application development, and architecture and infrastructure and have thus achieved strong competencies within several of the following:

ABAP + ABAP Objects , preferring new ABAP syntax, classes, and interfaces over function modules and forms.
BAPI Wrappers for the areas of PM, WM, or CATS. Used for external communication.
Data extractors for Event Enablement.
Event triggers.
bgRFC.
Message Channels.
Understanding of SAP Basis/NetWeaver setups.

Knowledge about the following is a bonus. If you don't know about them yet but are eager to learn more, we also offer learning-on-the-job possibilities:

SAP NetWeaver Add-on for Event Enablement.
SAP S/4HANA Event Enablement.
Data extraction frameworks like IDOCs, SLT, ODP.
CDS modelling.
SAP Event Mesh.
CAP / RAP frameworks.

And the icing on the cake would be if you have experience in the following technologies:

Node.js.
MongoDB.
Swift - iOS.

As a person you have a healthy interest in new technologies and a well-developed sense of when these should - and should not - be used for the greatest possible business value for our customers.

You have the ability to quickly acquire knowledge and skills in new technology, methodology, and tools, so you can advise the customer, confer with colleagues, and develop amazing solutions with the technology available.

As the Arkyn team consist of members in Copenhagen and Barcelona, fluent written and spoken English is required. Spanish is an advantage, but not mandatory. Travels to our main offices in Copenhagen and occasionally to customer locations are to be expected, potentially 10-30 days per year.

Collaborations with your colleagues to analyse and map requirements for solution descriptions and requirement specifications.

Development of quality code and associated documentation in accordance with development standards.
Ensure the quality of the solutions during their entire life cycle by being a key role during the DevOps phase.
Join in design-driven development programs.
