We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Vienna and help us build up and drive a new Trifork business unit.

As a Senior Customer Success Manger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and overseeing operational activities to support our growth in the new market.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support/Relations:

    • Be the trusted partner for our existing clients - you are their go-to person.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.

  • Sales:

    • Be the driving force in establishing our presence in Austria.

    • Find and win over new clients who love what we do.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support business development efforts in Austria also from other units.

    • Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver tailored proposals and pitches.

  • Operations:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the new office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.

    • Track KPIs, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, and operations roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with the software development industry.

  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently - but never alone.

  • We offer a competitive salary, on the basis of the collective agreement from 75.000 euro per year gross plus overpay and possible profit sharing, taking into account your experience and qualifications.
