Join Trifork Spain – Where Global Innovation Meets Local Impact

At Trifork Spain, we are part of the Trifork Group, a global next-gen IT company headquartered in Switzerland, with over 1,200 employees across 16+ countries. Trifork is known for its deep expertise in software development, cloud-native architectures, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms, serving clients in healthcare, finance, education, government, and industry. With a strong presence in Europe and the US, Trifork is a trusted innovation partner for organizations seeking to accelerate digital transformation.

At Trifork, we love people who love what they do. If you, like us, care deeply about good collaboration, thoughtful planning, and creating digital solutions that make a real difference, you will feel right at home.
You bring the calm confidence that comes from experience, the curiosity to understand people and processes, and the desire to make projects run smoothly for everyone involved. You value clarity, transparency, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.

We are looking for a Senior PMO/ Program Manager, who will work closely with our teams to ensure successful collaboration with our clients. We are really hoping that you are the one. And if you’re looking to apply these strengths to meaningful, high-impact projects, our door is open.
In this role, you will help create structure and flow across our projects, ensuring that our teams and our customers move in the same direction with confidence.
Your focus will be on:

  • Coordinating timelines, stakeholders and expectations across our PM teams and our clients.

  • Facilitating smooth communication, making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

  • Supporting the project team with planning, follow-up, and keeping the overview.

  • Helping maintain momentum by identifying challenges early and keeping things moving.

  • Ensuring a positive, constructive experience for both colleagues and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

This is not a box-ticking PMO role. It’s about connecting people, creating clarity, and enabling progress without unnecessary complexity.
