As a Senior Project Manager at Trifork, you'll be at the helm of managing ground breaking projects that deliver innovative digital health solutions. What you will do
Project Management: Oversee projects and workstreams over the whole lifecycle and ensure constant, high-quality delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
Project Planning: Develop, maintain and communicate solid project plans, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and risk management.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and resources.
Financial Management: Manage project finances, and ensure adherence to the budget and cost-effective solutions.
Communication: Run regular project status meetings and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
About you
You are a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a deep passion for technology and digital health. You draw energy from collaborating with a team of talented developers and dedicated product owners.
This position is based in Zürich and will enjoy flexible work hours. You are a native German, or Swiss German, speaker and business fluent in English.
What we look for
Project management: Proven track record in successful project management within IT and software development, particularly in digital health. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA and Confluence) and able to build and develop an agile beachhead in waterfall-style managed projects.
Agile development: Experience in agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Relevant Education: Background in IT, healthcare, or technical fields. Preferably certified in one or more project management frameworks.
Technical Insights: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT project processes and phases.
Financial Management: Strong skills in managing project finances and ensuring budget compliance.
