The Role

Trifork is expanding its SAP Customer Experience practice and is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Customer Experience Consultant to join our international team.

In this role, you will help customers transform and optimize their customer-facing processes across sales, service, and customer engagement. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP to design and implement modern SAP CX solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As a trusted advisor, you will support customers throughout their digital transformation journey, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and go-live.


What you'll do

  • Lead SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects

  • Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments

  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions

  • Design and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes

  • Configure and implement SAP Customer Experience solutions

  • Support integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP applications

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and customer stakeholders

  • Provide best-practice guidance and strategic consulting to customers

  • Support presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of Trifork’s SAP CX practice

Your qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, SAP CRM, or related consulting roles

  • Strong implementation experience with SAP Customer Experience solutions

  • Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end SAP CX projects

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • SAP Sales Cloud

    • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

    • SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud Version 2

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Lead-to-Cash processes

    • Opportunity Management

    • Account & Contact Management

    • Customer Service Management

    • Sales Automation

    • Customer Engagement processes[MI2] 

  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in international project environments

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • SAP Certified Associate – SAP Sales Cloud

  • SAP Certified Associate – SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

  • Additional SAP Customer Experience certifications are highly valued


NICE TO HAVE

  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2 certification

  • SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement experience

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  • SAP Integration Suite

  • SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)

  • Presales or Solution Architecture experience

  • German language skills

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Retail industries

The compensation package includes:

  • Gross salary in the range of 52k€ - 62k€ based on experience and value contribution
