We are looking for an experienced IT solution architect that can help us build NextGen software for our client base in digital health in Switzerland. You will be part of a team focusing on transforming the Swiss Health Care sector, providing better information exchange between Health Care Practitioners and Patients.
The primary task will evolve around providing guidance and architectural solution concepts to connect client infrastructure partners in the healthcare sector and create the foundation for seamless data exchange to benefit patient safety, process optimisation and ultimately improved health treatment outcomes.

You are familiar with microservices, cloud-based architectures and comfortable understanding complex data flows and tackling complex master data management challenges. As a Senior Solution Architect within Health Care, you will use your industry knowledge, specifically to help our clients integrate systems, and architect innovative custom solutions to create better information sharing between Health Care Professionals and their patients. This is a (German) Swiss-based position and it is vital that you speak and write German and English.
Your primary task will evolve around providing guidance in connecting upcoming and existing client infrastructure to our product portfolio.
Preferably you have knowledge of HL7 / FHIR standards, health standards and technical knowhow on a range of different data exchange mechanisms. Previous programming experience is required.
Motivation and passion for healthcare
It is mandatory that you speak German and English fluently, some knowledge of French/Italian is desirable.
You have +5 years of experience in the area of software development.
Experience in larger systems development with established state-of-the-art programming languages (JVM based, Beam based, C#, Python, …)
You have +2 years of Healthcare industry experience.
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree.
HL7/FHIR knowledge is a plus
You will become part of a strong and passionate team built on keywords like knowledge sharing, respect, informal ways of working, and humour.
