Student developer #2
About the job
At STRONGMINDS, you’ll join the team developing EasyHosting — our European-based platform for deploying and operating containerized applications on Kubernetes. The platform is built with a strong focus on software craftsmanship, automation, and transparent cloud infrastructure.
As a student developer, your primary focus will be EasyHosting. You’ll work on real production code across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, using technologies such as Kubernetes (K3s), GitHub Actions, .NET, and TypeScript. You’ll take part in design discussions, DevOps workflows, and architectural decisions that shape the platform.
You will be onboarded through our Craftsman Program, a structured learning path focused on clean architecture, disciplined engineering, and modern cloud practices. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to a platform used in real environments.

About you
You are studying software development, computer science, or a related field and have a solid programming foundation. Ideally, you are in the later stages of your studies and may have experience from student jobs or personal projects.
You care about writing maintainable code and are curious about how software is designed, deployed, and operated in production. Experience with C#, TypeScript, or cloud technologies is an advantage, but your mindset and willingness to learn matter most.
You take responsibility, ask questions, and are motivated to grow as a software engineer across the full lifecycle — from architecture and automation to deployment and monitoring.
What we offer
A flexible part-time role (10–15 hours per week) alongside your studies.
An initial three-month engagement with the possibility of extension.
Participation in our Craftsman Program and hands-on experience with a real production platform.
Close collaboration with experienced engineers in a learning-focused environment.
Work from our office at Runen 3, Aarhus N, using a company-provided laptop and full access to our development tools.
Hourly pay of DKK 150–180 depending on experience, plus 12.5% holiday allowance in accordance with Danish employment regulations.
