Student developer
About the job
At STRONGMINDS, you’ll join the core team developing our next-generation platforms — EasyHosting and IoT Gateway. Both products are built with a focus on software craftsmanship, modern cloud technologies, and a strong belief in developer autonomy. EasyHosting simplifies deployment and operation of container-based applications on European infrastructure, while IoT Gateway connects and manages industrial IoT devices in a secure, scalable way.
As a student developer, you’ll be onboarded through our Craftsman Program — a structured learning path designed to grow your technical and professional skills. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real production code, and learn by doing — whether your first project is within EasyHosting, IoT Gateway, or both. Expect to gain hands-on experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and modern .NET or TypeScript stacks.
You’ll take part in real design discussions, DevOps workflows, and product decisions that shape the future of STRONGMINDS’ platforms. Your work will have a direct impact, helping European developers and organizations deploy, connect, and scale software with confidence and independence.
This is a role for someone who’s curious, ambitious, and eager to learn from practitioners who take pride in building software that lasts.

About you
You’re studying software development, computer science, or a related field — and you’ve already built a solid foundation in programming. Preferably, you’re in the final years of your studies, or you’ve already gained some practical experience through previous student jobs or personal projects.
You enjoy writing code that’s clean, maintainable, and understandable, and you’re curious about how great software is designed, built, and operated in production. You might already have experience with C#, TypeScript, or cloud technologies, or you might simply be eager to deepen your knowledge — what matters most is your mindset.
You take responsibility for your work, enjoy collaborating with others, and are motivated by improving your craft. You’re not afraid to ask questions, experiment, and learn from feedback. You want to grow into a developer who understands the full lifecycle of modern software — from architecture and automation to deployment and monitoring — and you see this role as a natural next step in your journey.

The opportunity to work on one or both of our flagship products: EasyHosting and IoT Gateway — real platforms used in production, where your code will have real impact
Mentorship from experienced engineers, exposure to full lifecycle development (from design through deployment), and a growth-oriented, learning-driven environment
