Technical Project Manager

In your role as Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with our development teams and oversee and ensure successful project delivery in close collaboration with our customers.
You will be central to motivating and leading our creative teams of designers, developers, product owners, and testers to deliver valuable digital solutions. As project manager, you will be the primary link between our developers and business and between project members across different teams, taking charge to ensure that we deliver on time, quality and budget. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
Ensure good communication and transparency to your customers.
Ensure that your teams love their work and are able to work efficiently.

Ensure we understand the customers needs and that we inspire them to improve their business by using modern technologies
Project manage development of app, website, and backend to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion and within agreed budgets and sprints
Make sure that we always deliver high quality
Help in the creation of project proposals regarding timeline estimates, project plans, sprint cycles and dependencies
Who are you?
You have experience in leading and handling all necessary tasks and disciplines within agile project management, including planning, implementation and reporting of projects, and can show a successful history of delivering projects on time, quality and budget.

Your skills and attributes:
Relevant experience as a project manager
Have an agile mindset and like working with Scrum
First-hand knowledge and experiences delivering successful digital products
A long higher education at master's level / higher education at minimum bachelor level within an IT-relevant subject area.
SAFe course or equivalent course in other scaled agile methods is a plus
Confidence communicating and presenting at a professional level in Danish and English
Structured with the natural drive to break down complexity into clarity and action and focus on the right details at the right time
Get energy from interacting with different people and use your social awareness to get the job done in a constructive and positive work environment
You are very well aware that the dialogue with the customer during project management is an important platform for upselling and getting new orders and assignments from existing customers.
