With a growing demand for our educational products, Trifork is now looking for passionate and talented people with an interest in educational software, quality and testing. We are looking for a quality driven person in our dynamic and growing team in Amsterdam to perform both functional and technical testing for our products.

Your challenge

As test engineer you contribute to the development of our products and services. Together with your team, you are responsible for the quality of our software products. You test the software to see if there are bugs and together with the team you ensure that the development process runs smoothly.

About the job


You will:

  • Work in an agile working environment

  • Test our own products and deliverables from our projects

  • Work closely with the members in your team

  • Write, design, and execute (automated) tests (functional, performance and security)

  • Create test reports

  • Be directly in contact with our clients

Must Haves

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with an IT component

  • ISTQB advanced level agile technical tester - or Agile Scrum certificated - or willing to get certified

  • 2 years’ experience with software testing and 1 year of test automation; setting up, building and maintaining test automation frameworks

  • Experience in open-source tools such as Selenium and Cucumber

  • Dutch and English speaking

Nice to Haves
  • Experience and/or interest in Cloud deployment and frameworks/services such as Docker and Google Cloud.

  • Experience or interest in automated API testing using frameworks such as Postman and SoapUI.

  • Working experience with Jira
